The first thing to do is not be angry or panic.  Pick up the phone and contact SimplifyHR.  We will discuss the letter with you.  We can also case manage the correspondence going forward.

When an employer receives a WRC letter, the first thing they do is panic.  DO NOT PANIC.  Contact Us at SimplifyHR and we will support you.  It is also important to note that you only have 21 days to reply to a WRC letter.  Do not put it on the long finger!
