A grievance can be a concern, problem or complaint raised by an employee about their work, working conditions or relationships with colleagues.

All grievances need to be conducted fairly while following the rights of natural justice.

At SimplifyHR we can support you in two ways.  We can either investigate the grievance for you following your grievance procedure or we can support and guide you through the process.

Whichever option you avail of SimplifyHR will ensure that at all times the grievance is heard in a fair and impartial manner.  SimplifyHR will question you to ensure that you are doing the ‘right thing, not the easy thing’ when determining a decision.
